David is one of the most intelligent, caring, attentive, and responsive professionals that I’ve ever met in this industry. You would be lucky to have the opportunity to do business with him. My daughter who is in college, was in a bad contract with the residential management company who were also slumlords taking advantage of young college students. David researched and found the chinks in their armor which ultimately led to our victory. He was patient with us and communicated clearly and directly with the management company. He acted with integrity and in a few short months my daughter was relieved of over 90% of the financial responsibility. Dave is thoughtful, to the point, and most of all — effective! I was involved in a Lyft accident as a passenger and he handled the case for me. He knew the process well and secured a fair settlement. Not only that, but he was respectful during COVID to meet me outdoors and wear a mask when we needed to meet in person. Strong recommend for me!

David Baum has been my attorney for over 10 years and a great support for me as well. We’ve been in a variety legal situations (over a dozen ) that we’re unusually tough and he has never let me down. I continuing to call David and refer him for 10+ years I hope speaks loudly for itself. Lastly, I’ll mention I believe Dave effectiveness is due to his mediation skills as I’ve seen him navigate through nasty courts , DAs, and complex complaints to get what’s best for me. This is the attorney who I should’ve went with –To put it short out of all the attorneys I consulted with David was the only one who gave me the cut and dry straight forward answer in how to best handle my case unfortunately I went along with the majority ideas and I really should’ve hired David because if I had I wouldn’t have done any jail time or plea bargaining which led to lots of money, classes, community labor, probation for years after. David got it right with the information I gave when I told my side of the story.

I had a car accident last year. I got hit by another driver, it wasn’t my fault. My car was brand new at the time. David did a wonderful and very quick job. I asked him to help me to get reimbursed for the diminished value of my car! I could not have asked for a better attorney! I will definitely recommend him to my friends! Thank you again!

I was involved in an extremely high profile federal criminal court case in Downtown Los Angeles because a former boss of mine was under investigation by the FBI and ultimately charged /convicted/locked up for many years.
